Construction Project Manager
Run day-to-day site delivery — crews, subcontractors, programme, safety, client handover. The role that lets the rest of the business scale beyond one person. Full-time, on-site in Melbourne's west.
Civil Engineer
Structural analysis and design for residential roofing, framing and cladding. Remote-friendly for the analysis and documentation work; open to relocation for the right candidate.
Civil Engineering Draftsperson
CAD/BIM drawings, shop drawings and permit documentation for residential projects. Ongoing casual work, paid per completed job — start with a paid trial.
Drafting & Cutout Specialist
Turn client roof plans into stock-length cutting lists and takeoffs using Tectivra's own estimator, plus general drafting requests. Great fit if you're comfortable learning a takeoff tool quickly — deep CAD background not required.
Roofing / Framing / Cladding / Carpentry Crews
Not an employed role — we're building a panel of vetted, insured trade crews to deliver physical work to our drawings and specifications. Ongoing work as volume grows.
